Viktor Renfrew

Viktor Renfrew; Is an easygoing fellow of Scandinavian descent. Captain of the N.S.S. Pilgrim (Nordic States Ship). And son of Keller of the U.S.S. Nevada. He swears allegiance only to the countries of the Nordic states (See map/description of old earth politics, federations and states). He used to be a Captain in the USSC but after the US assimilation into the Federation and the following war against the Irish colonies he deflected to the Nordic States.

Somewhat hard to explain. Merk doesn't let anyone know much about him. His eerie eyes hold more secrets than just misshapen irises. Proud owner of pet... something, that goes by the name of Lucy
